Privacy Notice

1. Who is responsible for your data

Zenivo is operated by DIRICH ENTERPRISES LLC, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

2. What we collect and why

  • Account data — name, email address, job role and sign-in credentials, used to create and secure your account (legal basis: performance of our contract with you).
  • Team content — announcements, chat messages, survey questions and answers, and uploaded files, stored so your team can use the service (legal basis: contract).
  • Newsletter sign-ups — your email address when you subscribe on our public pages, used to send you Zenivo updates (legal basis: consent; unsubscribe any time).
  • Usage data — pages visited, referrer, device and IP-derived information, used to keep the service secure and improve it (legal basis: legitimate interests).
  • Support messages — anything you send us when asking for help (legal basis: contract and legitimate interests).

Payment card and billing details are collected directly by Paddle, our payment partner and Merchant of Record, under their own privacy terms — we never see or store your full card number.

3. Who we share data with

  • Service providers who host and operate Zenivo (cloud hosting, database, email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
  • Authorities where the law requires it.

4. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

5. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, request a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to your supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month. Contact your workspace administrator or email us at zenivo@dirich.com.

7. Security

We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and row-level isolation of workspace data.

8. Cookies

Zenivo uses essential cookies only — the ones needed to keep you signed in and keep the service secure. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in will stop working.
