Getting started

How long does it take to set up?: Most teams are up and running the same afternoon. Create your account, add your logo and colours, then share one invite link with your team — nobody needs to install anything.
Do my team need to download an app?: No. Zenivo runs in any browser on phones, tablets and computers. On a phone you can add it to the home screen and it behaves exactly like an app.
Can I try it before paying?: Yes. Essentials is free for up to 10 people and includes announcements, chat, resources and the knowledge base. Move up to a paid plan whenever you need phone, texts or email.

Can other companies see our messages?: Never. Every company has its own private space. Announcements, chats, files, surveys and people are separated at the database level, so nothing crosses between companies.
Who can post announcements?: Admins. Everyone else reads them, taps 'Got it' to confirm, and joins in via chat. You can have as many admins as you like on the paid plans.
What happens if someone leaves?: Remove them and they lose access immediately. Their messages stay in the record, and your bill drops the next time it renews.
Can we delete things by accident?: Deleted texts, calls and chats go to Trash first, so you can put them back. Only emptying the Trash removes them for good.

How do the phone numbers work?: On the paid plans each teammate can be given a dedicated number. Calls ring inside the app wherever they are, and texts to that number arrive in a shared inbox the whole team can answer.
Can we use our own email address?: Yes. Connect your company mailbox and read, reply, forward and send from inside Zenivo, with drafts saved automatically as you type.
Does calling cost extra?: In-app calls between teammates are included. Calls and texts to outside phone numbers are charged at the usual rates for the country you're texting or calling.

How is the price worked out?: Per person, per month, with a discount for paying yearly. Professional is $6 a person and Enterprise is $12 a person — the plan pages let you put your team size in and see the total.
Does it renew on its own?: Yes. Your card is charged automatically each month or year and receipts are emailed. Cancel whenever you like and you keep the paid features until the period you paid for ends.
Can we get a refund?: Every paid purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, handled by our payment partner Paddle.
Can we use our own web address?: On Enterprise, yes. Point your address at Zenivo and your team signs in at your own domain with your branding on the page.

Essentials is free for up to 10 people. Professional adds phone, texts and a company mailbox, and Enterprise adds your own domain and branding.
