Do teammates need a paid seat to read announcements?
No. The announcements feed is public, so anyone with the link can catch up. An account is only needed for chat, channels, surveys and resources.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. One admin pays for the whole team, and everyone gets the Team limits straight away. If you cancel, your team keeps Team features until the period you already paid for ends, then moves back to the free plan — nothing is deleted.
